Welcome!!

As you can see, we're hard at work here, building a support foundation for the exciting products we offer. HHTS has experienced tremendous changes in the past few years as we have worked in the security, fire alarm, life safety, video surveilance and home automation fields. Our clientele is 'top notch' and they have challenged us to meet their vision of coping safely in this ever changing environment we live in today.

We've been successful because we try hard to serve and joke that we are cutting back to working half days (12 hours). Listening to our customers has been rewarding because it provides opportunities to learn. 'Walking in their shoes' lets us see their vision which gives us the best shot of achieving our goal of a satisfied customer... make that delighted customer.

Now we intend to share more of what we've learned because people continually change their environments and we intend to 'keep up' so we can continue serving their needs.
